Rachel McDermott

Rachel has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching 6. She teaches with an open and honest approach, creating a safe and nuturing environment for her students. As a facilitator her intention is to help you connect and create balance – physically and emotionally : “yoga is more than just movement and physical shapes. There is no ‘perfect’ pose or place to reach in Yoga – we practice to create a connection to ourself”. Rachel is passionate about blending aromatherapy and yoga in her classes and creates unique and bespoke Aroma Yoga workshops.

Rachel has over 400 hours of teacher training. Her trainings include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Vinyasa, Pregnancy and postnatal and Yin yoga.
