Our retreats are suitable for all levels of yoga ability and experience.
We always take the time to find out what stage our guests are at with their own practice. Then we can offer individual modifications or variations to ensure you get the best experience from your retreat.
Of course!
Many of our guests are solo retreaters... and leave with a whole new group of friends. You will find our retreats warm and welcoming.
Individual guests usually share twin rooms, or we can offer single occupancy for an additional price.

If you have dietary requests beyond this, let us know in plenty of time on the booking form or via email, and our chef can usually cater for most requests.
If you have a very specialised or controlled diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please email us so we are in the loop and we can give you info on how it works.
On day retreats, if we hold a 'potluck' lunch, we will request your contribution to be vegetarian. And if you do not want to take part in the potluck lunch, you are very welcome to bring a packed lunch.

· A good book, music and earphones
· Toiletries

With calm and equilibrium restored, we felt relaxed and able to cope again with life's commitments, with different eyes, a body more energised and a less busy mind. A day much needed and appreciated.Moira and Michael

Thank you for a wonderful day. It was a great reminder of how important it is to check in with oneself. Thanks for creating the space and reigniting the motivation for home practice.Emma
A huge thank you for a very enjoyable day. Two inspirational teachers; some suitably challenging yoga; opportunities to think about and try new things and a beautiful setting. What more could you ask for?Shelley
