How do I book?

Prices are listed at the bottom of the retreat page, where you will also find the secure payment button.

Day retreats - we request full payment at the time of booking to secure your place.

Weekend retreats - we request a 50% deposit to secure your place and the remaining balance 6 weeks before the event.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details. You can find these at the bottom of each retreat page.

What yoga experience do I need?

Our retreats are suitable for all levels of yoga ability and experience.

We always take the time to find out what stage our guests are at with their own practice. Then we can offer individual modifications or variations to ensure you get the best experience from your retreat.

Can I come on my own?

Of course!

Many of our guests are solo retreaters... and leave with a whole new group of friends. You will find our retreats warm and welcoming.

Individual guests usually share twin rooms, or we can offer single occupancy for an additional price.

Are your retreats for all genders?

Absolutely. All genders, identities and expressions are very welcome.

If you’re coming solo, we pair you up with someone of the same gender for room sharing.

What if I am pregnant?

No problem at all.

Please let us know on your booking form, and we will plan accordingly.

Charlie is a pre-natal yoga teacher so she can offer advice and guidance before and throughout the retreat.

What if I have an injury or ongoing ailment?

Please let us know on your booking form, and we will plan accordingly.

If you have an ongoing injury, we will need you to get the ok from a GP before attending the retreat. We will also need full details on the injury so we can adapt the yoga accordingly.

What if I have some dietary restrictions?

On weekend retreats, all the food served is seasonal and vegetarian.

If you have dietary requests beyond this, let us know in plenty of time on the booking form or via email, and our chef can usually cater for most requests.

If you have a very specialised or controlled diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please email us so we are in the loop and we can give you info on how it works.

On day retreats, if we hold a 'potluck' lunch, we will request your contribution to be vegetarian. And if you do not want to take part in the potluck lunch, you are very welcome to bring a packed lunch.

What do I need to bring?

Each venue is slightly different, so we will provide a list of items to bring when we send out the full retreat info.

Generally the following list is a good guide for a weekend retreat:

· Yoga mat

· Loose, comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation practice

· Layered clothing is good, so you can peel off as you warm up

· A blanket/shawl for warmth during meditation and relaxation

· Warm outdoor clothes/waterproofs/wellies if you like going for country walks

· Slippers/thick socks for communal areas

· A good book, music and earphones

· Toiletries

· Earplugs if you are sensitive to sleeping in a twin room

· Swimming costume and towel if the venue has a pool/sauna

How do I get there?

You are responsible for your own travel to and from the retreats.

We will give you detailed travel instructions by car and public transport. We encourage car sharing and travelling together wherever possible, so we will put you in touch with each other to help facilitate this.

We will let you know of parking arrangements for each retreat venue, but most have ample, free parking.

Are you insured?

All our teachers and therapists hold public liability insurance and are fully covered to teach and treat you.

The retreat venues all hold their separate insurance.

What if I have to cancel?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details on cancellation policies.

You can find these at the bottom of each retreat page.

What if OM Retreats has to cancel?

If on the rare occasion we have to cancel a retreat, an alternative date will be offered. If this date is not possible for you, a full refund will be given.

If we do not sell enough spaces to cover venue and chef costs (on weekend retreats), we will cancel the retreat with at least 28 days notice, and follow the above.

I still have more questions!

and we will answer them.

I came home feeling more rejuvenated than I imagined possible after such a short stay. The whole weekend was like a warm hug.
With calm and equilibrium restored, we felt relaxed and able to cope again with life's commitments, with different eyes, a body more energised and a less busy mind. A day much needed and appreciated.

A big thank you for such a wonderful weekend! I was very concerned being the only boy… but you all made me feel very welcome! I had such a good time!
Thank you for a wonderful day. It was a great reminder of how important it is to check in with oneself. Thanks for creating the space and reigniting the motivation for home practice.
A huge thank you for a very enjoyable day. Two inspirational teachers; some suitably challenging yoga; opportunities to think about and try new things and a beautiful setting. What more could you ask for?
