Prices are listed at the bottom of the retreat page. There are separate payment buttons for single occupancy (unless already sold) and sharing a twin room.
If single occupancy has sold, in some venues it may be possible to use an additional bedroom at an extra cost – please enquire via email.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your space.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you confirmation and a booking form*.
The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks before the retreat. This will be via a separate payment button on the retreat page.

If you need to cancel your space on a weekend retreat:
First we will ask you if you can transfer your payment to a future retreat, or offer/sell your space to someone you know.
100% deposit refund 60+ days before retreat start date.
50% deposit refund 59-42 days before retreat start date.
20% refund of full retreat payment (deposit and balance) 41-30 days before retreat start date.
Full retreat payment (deposit and balance) is non refundable 0-29 days before retreat start date.
If we have enough notice and the retreat was sold out with a waiting list, and you cannot transfer or re-sell your space, we will offer your space to the waitlist. If sold, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel your space on a day retreat:
First we will ask you if you can transfer your deposit to a future retreat, or offer/sell your space to someone you know.
If we have enough notice, and you cannot transfer or re-sell your space, we will try to sell your space for you and offer you a full refund.
If OM Retreats has to cancel a retreat
If on the rare occasion we have to cancel a retreat, an alternative date will be offered. If this date is not possible for you, a full refund will be given.
If we do not sell enough spaces to cover venue and chef costs (on weekend retreats), we will cancel the retreat with at least 28 days notice, and follow the above.
*Booking forms are mandatory for every retreat you book on. For health and safety reasons, we must receive this for you to attend the retreat.
We request that you bring any medication you will need while on retreat.
If you need to leave a retreat early, we cannot offer you any refund.
Retreat schedules are subject to change. We reserve the right to make changes and substitutions to schedules or teachers if necessary.
Om Retreats is a not for profit limited company. All profit from our retreats allows us to help run therapeutic sessions for community and outreach groups at Lovebrook Farm.
