Overview

Join us at the beautiful location of Brooklands Barn, for a nourishing winter weekend retreat. We will be hosting a varied programme of yoga classes, meditation and relaxation practice, along with informal workshops and plenty of time to wind down and enjoy the surroundings.

Hosted by experienced practitioners Charlie Griffin and Hannah Lee Weller, the yoga classes are grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and encouraging, allowing time for personal adjustments, and opportunities to explore poses, develop your confidence and really deepen your practice. With an indoor pool, sauna, chef-prepared food and beautiful country walks on the doorstep, this is a great opportunity to get away from it all and revive your mind and body.

Om Retreats is a non-profit organisation. All proceeds from our retreats allow us to run further events for vulnerable and charity groups.

Location

Brooklands Barn is a stunning 19th century Sussex barn in a rural setting, and a short walk from historic Arundel.

Accommodation

Brooklands offers incredibly spacious accommodation with many open plan living and dining areas. The 10 bedrooms are a combination of twin and double rooms, with bathrooms either ensuite or shared between 2 bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Food

The food at Brooklands will be a real highlight, as all meals are freshly prepared by our on site chef Gabriella.

Everything served will be vegan, but if you have any further dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking. Three delicious, plant based meals a day are provided, plus fresh fruit, coffee and herbal teas

Friday

4pm – Arrivals. Enjoy a cup of tea, settle in and meet the rest of the group

5.30-7pm – Hatha Yoga. A gentle, warming class to ease into the weekend

7.30pm – Dinner

9-9:30pm – Yoga Nidra. A guided meditation to take you into a deep relaxation

Saturday

7:30am – Morning Meditation


8am – Breakfast

10-11:30am – Vinyasa Yoga. An energizing class to strengthen and stretch the whole body

12pm - Lunch and free time to relax, swim, walk, or enjoy a treatment

4-6pm - Workshop. Explore a detailed aspect of yoga in a fun and informal style

7.30pm – Dinner

9-9:30pm – Relaxation

Sunday

7:30am – Morning Meditation

8am – Breakfast

10-11:30am - Vinyasa Yoga. An energizing class to strengthen and stretch the whole body

11.30am - Break

11.45-12:30 - Farewell Class. A final class to leave you deeply stretched and restored

1pm - Sunday Lunch

3pm - Retreat Ends
