Treat your mind and body to a luxurious yoga weekend at Tilton House, in the beautiful Sussex countryside. We will be hosting a varied programme of yoga classes, meditation and relaxation, with great vegan food and opportunities for holistic treatments. Led by experienced practitioners Charlie Griffin and Hannah Lee Weller, the yoga classes are grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and encouraging, allowing time for personal adjustments, and opportunities to explore poses, develop your confidence and really deepen your practice.
In addition, there will be optional early morning meditation, evening yoga relaxation, workshops, sauna, and beautiful walks in the South Downs. Yoga sessions are held in the beautiful yurt, nestled in the gardens a short walk from the house – making classes here a really magical experience.
Om Retreats is a non-profit organisation. All proceeds from our retreats allow us to run further events for vulnerable and charity groups.
Tilton House is a picturesque Georgian house, nestled in the South Downs, with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald. It shares the same private road as Charleston House, which then winds into a network of footpaths that is the South Downs Way. It is easy to reach, just 20 mins from Brighton and an hour from London.
All 7 bedrooms are decorated using tasteful and natural materials, bringing a sense of calm and relaxation to the accommodation. Bedrooms are a combination of twin and triple rooms, with bathrooms shared between 2 bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The food at Tilton House is a treat. All meals are freshly prepared by the on site chef, with the majority of it being organic, locally sourced, and many of the ingredients grown in Tilton House’s own kitchen garden. Everything served will be vegan, but if you have any further dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking. Three meals a day are provided, plus fresh fruit, coffee and herbal teas. Drinking water comes directly from a spring on the South Downs.
