Om Retreats in partnership with Rise, are hosting a series of free of charge, 1 hour yoga classes in a beautiful central Brighton yoga studio. It is specifically for women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or recovering from trauma or abuse. During these gentle sessions, we will have the time to take our yoga and meditation practice at a slow pace, trying out movement and breath techniques that are suitable for all abilities.
We encourage attendees to sign up for the full run of 6 sessions, in order to develop a sense of commitment to their yoga practice, and to build on the techniques week by week.

Our location for the classes is a beautifully light and spacious yoga studio in central Brighton. It is easy to reach by public transport, and is well equipped with all the yoga accessories we need.
