A wonderfully self-indulgent look at how we can welcome in the transitional season of autumn, with its beautiful array of colours and light.

We journey from the relaxing warmth of summer to the crisp cold of winter. Our bodies have to work harder to maintain our natural immunity. This is the time to of year to prepare, strengthen and restore our bodies. Your retreat day in the cosy Yoga Barn will offer varied styles of yoga, relaxation and meditation to give you the tools and time to re-think routines and make positive changes.

With 2 teachers and a maximum of 12 participants, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, develop your understanding of postures, and receive hands on advice and adjustments. The day is suitable for all levels of yoga ability.


Our location for the day is in the countryside, just outside Haywards Heath.

This beautiful, purpose-built yoga barn is in the grounds of a private house. It is spacious, heated with a log burner, and has glorious views into the gardens.

All mats and props are provided.

The barn is not usually available to groups, so we are delighted to have been invited to practice yoga here.


A light vegetarian lunch will be provided, but please feel free to bring additional snacks for throughout the day, and a bottle of water.
