With accommodation in beautiful converted private lodges, yoga classes held in a stunning central barn, hot tub, outdoor heated pool and far reaching views, this is going to be a very special, luxurious weekend away, where we can indulge in a deep yoga practice, and let go completely for the weekend.
We will be hosting a varied programme of yoga classes, meditation and relaxation, with great vegan food. Led by experienced practitioners Charlie Griffin and Hannah Lee Weller, the yoga classes are grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and encouraging, allowing time for personal adjustments, and opportunities to explore poses, develop your confidence and really deepen your practice.
In addition, there will be optional early morning meditation, evening yoga relaxation, workshops, and some free time to enjoy beautiful walks, the outdoor heated swimming pool with its own private gardens and terraces, and an elevated hot tub with breathtaking views over the rolling valleys.

The Lodges at New House Farm is the perfect rural escape for a relaxed and luxurious retreat.
Just one hour from Central London, this secluded and private retreat has six Lodges, in a modern rustic style, all with far reaching views over this designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.
The six Lodges sleep between 2 to 6 people, with king size beds, high end personal catering facilities, wood burning stoves, cast iron Victorian roll top baths, wet rooms as well as TV and entertainment facilities. Each Lodge is a peaceful hideaway with fantastic rural views.
The food at The Lodges will be a real highlight, as all meals are freshly prepared by our on site chef. Breakfast and lunch will be buffet style, with dinner being presented more restaurant style. Everything served will be vegan, but if you have any further dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking. Three meals a day are provided, plus fresh fruit, coffee and herbal teas.
4pm – Arrivals. Enjoy a cup of tea, settle in and meet the rest of the group.
5.30pm – Evening Hatha Yoga. A gentle, warming class, to ease into the weekend
7.30pm – Dinner
9pm – Yoga Nidra - A guided meditation, taking you into a deep relaxation
7.30am – Morning Meditation. A silent meditation to begin the day
8am – Breakfast
10am - Vinyasa Yoga. An energising class, strengthening and stretching the whole body
12pm – Lunch & free time for you to relax, enjoy a treatment or a walk
3pm–Workshop. Explore a detailed aspect of yoga in a relaxed workshop.
5.30pm – Evening Yin Yoga - working slowly and deeply into the
